A new album from Bladed is always a treat. Anita Kaasbøll has an extraordinary musical presence, in composition and performance, both live and on record – ‘Halloween in Bagamoyo’ is no exception. This album contains songs that stays with you, a world that you would want to enter, again and again. I enjoy hearing Kaasbøll exploring new paths with her voice on this album, in the performance of Oxem’s piercing lyrics. Comes highly recommended. :
